Patricia the person who checked me in was very helpful. The location was in a fun neighborhood and extremely close to the Pernety metro station.

Comfortable and clean single room in the lively Montparnasse area.

Patricia, the lady at reception, was very friendly and helpful. The room, despite being small, was very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable for one person. The breakfast was also good. Overall good value for money.

Wonderful

The property was right next to the tramline, so accessibility was great. The communication with the host was very good, and everything was arranged before we moved in. It was definitely worth the money, and I would definitely recommend others to check out this property.

The air conditioning didn't really cool down the entire room and the sink was bit on a smaller side..

Very Good

It was located near to the city center, beautiful place in Montparnasse. A lot of restaurants near to the hotel. Staff was very kindfull and ready to help.

Toilet and bathroom was small. There is no elevator, but it was indicated in the description, so the property meet my expectations.

Great place for travelers looking for a nice basic hotel room in Paris.

Good location, convenient restaurants and sundry stores, easy access to metro. Room is simple but nice, basic amenities for sleeping and going out and enjoying Paris. Staff is friendly and helpful. Entrance gate uses a basic code to enter. Hotel hallways are indoor-outdoors - open to the elements but covered and nicely designed.

Excellent value for money.

A small and very French hotel, with a basic breakfast and a hostess who will patiently try to make sense of your patchy French (though she speaks English). Located on a Montparnasse street with plenty of cafés, bars and bistros, mainly catering to the locals. Metro station literally just outside the door, so the city centre is easily accessible.

The hotel consists mainly of stairs with a few rooms on each floor, so keep away if you have problems with accessability. Keep away also if you prefer soulless hotel chains - this is a hotel for people that want to feel that they actually are in Paris.

Nice location with that price.

The staff was friendly. Air conditioning was very well, customizable. There is a bar on the street that you can enjoy a drink. There is a cafe again on the street with a very nice breakfast. Like the proximity.

The room was bir clean, there was a smell of 'uncleanless'. For that price I would not expect a luxury however they can still care the details like a more presantable bin.

Okay hotel for short stays in a nice neighborhood

It's clean and at least our room that was facing the backyard was quiet regarding outside noise. The shower was nice and we really liked the area. It's also well connected via bus and metro.

Very small room. We could hear the people in the next room a lot. It's all very simple and basic, which is fine, but it is just very expensive for what it offers (but I guess that's Paris...)

Right in front of metro station, a good area surrounded by restaurants, coffee shops, groceries stores, etc. Patricia, lady in charge was beyond polite. She helped us understanding the metro and gave us great tips for our trip.
