Comfortable and clean single room in the lively Montparnasse area.
Patricia, the lady at reception, was very friendly and helpful. The room, despite being small, was very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable for one person. The breakfast was also good. Overall good value for money.

Wonderful
The property was right next to the tramline, so accessibility was great. The communication with the host was very good, and everything was arranged before we moved in. It was definitely worth the money, and I would definitely recommend others to check out this property.
The air conditioning didn't really cool down the entire room and the sink was bit on a smaller side..
